Find your balance.
These seven traditions offer different ways of understanding the body, its patterns, and its relationship with the world around it. Together, they help us look more closely, ask better questions, and see more of the whole person.
Ayurvedic Medicine
The science of life.
Ayurveda, meaning “the science of life,” is one of the world’s oldest systems of medicine, originating more than 3,000 years ago in India. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it looks at the unique constitution of each individual and seeks to restore balance through nutrition, daily rhythms, herbs, movement, sleep, and mindful living.
What I love most: Ayurveda reminds us that health is personal, rhythmic, and inseparable from the way we live each day.

MEET DREW
A practice rooted
in curiosity.
And a person who has spent a long time asking why.
Hi, I’m Drew.
My relationship with health has always begun with curiosity — about the body, the patterns beneath what we feel, and the many ways our everyday lives shape our wellbeing.
That curiosity eventually led me to integrative health and to an approach that draws from both modern science and longstanding healing traditions. Rooted Alchemy grew from the belief that health rarely exists in isolated pieces. Food, stress, sleep, environment, movement, relationships, rhythms, and the way we inhabit our bodies are always in conversation.
I’m here to help you listen to that conversation — with curiosity, context, and care.
